What I bring to an organization
-
A system and a structure
-
A motivation to move forward and taking steps against the conventional way of how things are usually done for the better
-
I also bring in technical thinking to various aspects of work
-
A variety of unique skillsets necessary for any modern organization such as leadership, management, team work, data work, marketing

Currently, I have been working at the Department of Civil Engineering and have been practicing leadership, team management, event inception and organizing, skills development, and working to bring institutions together. Throughout my time as the president, I have faced many hardships and have had many constraints in my way and there have been times when I felt completely dejected. I have learnt that sometimes things may not go exactly the same way you want it to go because of the so many constraints you have as a student, but through perseverance and determination most of your dreams can be achieved in almost the same fashion or even better. Standing firm in the face of adversity has been one key aspect I have learnt throughout this period.
